Corporate Technology Solutions maintains regular office hours of Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm. However, we do understand that our clients might run into problems outside of those hours, and we are prepared face those problems with you. We have a number of procedures in place to allow you to contact us outside of those hours to get the assistance you need.

CTS is based in lower central Wisconsin, and easily covers the Madison metro area and the counties surrounding Dane and Columbia counties. Being ready to support the full enterprise, we are also ready to cover the globe for our clients. We work with a full network of like minded technical people all over the world to get qualified individuals at our clients locations to aide in repair or replacement of equipment. 

CTS has a "standard" hourly rate that is charged for services rendered. However, in keeping with our belief that each of our clients are unique, we work with each one to provide a billing practice that works with their needs.
